By approving our estimate, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the pricing, specifications, materials, and terms outlined herein. Approval of this estimate constitutes authorization for Surface Pro Sealing and Striping, LLC to proceed with the described work and to purchase any related materials.

This estimate, once accepted, serves as a binding agreement between the customer and Surface Pro Sealing and Striping, LLC. Any changes or deviations from the specifications may result in additional charges, which must be approved in writing by the customer.

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise stated on invoice.

Cancellations: Cancellations after approval may result in charges for labor, materials, or other costs incurred up to the cancellation date.

Validity: This estimate is valid for 30 days from the date issued.

Warranty: All work performed by Surface Pro Sealing and Striping, LLC is warrantied for one (1) year from the date of completion, contingent upon proper maintenance of the surface and the absence of any third-party work or modification. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage, improper maintenance, or vehicle-related marks (including tire marks, tire scuffs, or power steering marks).

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through direct communication and, if necessary, through mediation conducted in Spalding County, Georgia, before pursuing legal action. Any unresolved disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Spalding County, Georgia, and both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Customer approval by signature, text, email, or digital acceptance indicates full understanding and acceptance of all terms stated above.
